Enhanced Cleaning

The cleaning and sanitation of all guest rooms and common areas are top priorities. Resort staff is working diligently cleaning all high-touch surface using only approved disinfectants. All room linens are washed at high temperature as per CDC guidelines. Housekeeping department will not be entering your room during your stay unless service is requests with our front desk staff.

Resort Closures

Due to current Health Orders the following amenities are closed indefinitely:

  • Pool and Spa
  • Children’s Pool
  • Gym  
  • Clubhouse
  • BBQ Grills
  • Entire Courtyard Area
  • Lobby Coffee
Resort Policies
  • Hand sanitizer available for use in our reception area.
  • Only members of the same family should ride in the elevator together
  • Practice social distancing. Minimum of 6ft distance from other people
  • Follow posted signage
Message from our County Health Officials
Face Covering

As of May 1, the County is requiring you to wear face coverings in many public settings. The coverings help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and are part of our path to reopening San Diego.

Face coverings can be made of cloth. Homemade coverings, bandanas, scarves and neck gaiters are all OK. Medical grade masks should be saved for healthcare workers.

County/City Closures
  • Dine-in areas of restaurants
  • Bars and nightclubs.
  • Gyms and fitness centers
  • Entertainment venues
  • Public events and gatherings
  • Mall/Retail Stores
Going outdoors

You may go outside for exercise if you can keep six feet away from people who are not members of your household. Avoid groups and crowded outdoor spaces.

Beaches

The County has allowed beaches to open with certain limitations, but cities will decide whether to open their beaches. Check before visiting.

You can swim, surf, paddleboard, kayak, snorkel. You can walk or run on the beach. You cannot sit or lie down on the beach. You can take dogs according to the beach’s rules.

Beach parking lots need to remain closed.

Parks

At parks, the County will allow:

  • Parking lots to open, with limitations.<
  • Park visitors to sit, lie down, picnic if they practice social distancing.
  • Members of a family or household to play active sports, such as basketball or volleyball.
  • Cities or park managers may have their own restrictions. Check before visiting.
  • Park managers need to create and post a plan for how they will provide for social distancing.
